Specialize in somatic movement and create a real transformation for your students
You love teaching yoga, but something feels missing. You want your classes to be more than just nice classes, to be actually able to help your students. Maybe you feel uninspired, unsure how to stand out, or longing for a more embodied way of teaching. You’re not alone, and this training was created exactly for teachers like you.
You might be a yoga teacher, a coach, or anyone looking to expand their career in wellness.
And maybe you’ve felt some of these struggles:
-
Your yoga classes keep repeating the same themes, and you’re craving fresh inspiration and depth.
-
You want to offer real transformation, not just “nice classes.”
-
Your courses aren’t filling up, and you feel like you’re blending in among all the other yoga professionals.
-
You followed your passion into wellness, but now you’re wondering if it's even possible to make it a sustainable career.
-
You’ve been searching for a way to integrate nervous system regulation and trauma-informed practices into your work, but without clear, practical tools.
-
You want to specialize in a body-based approach that sets you apart and allows you to shine in your unique way.

Did you know most yoga teachers quit after just 5 years? Not because they stop loving yoga, but because it’s hard to sustain a career just by teaching a few studio classes. The teachers who do thrive long-term have one thing in common: they keep learning, growing, and evolving their teaching.
When you develop your own unique style, your teaching becomes much more powerful, clear, and inspiring, and your students feel it. And this is what allows you to stand out, attract the right students, and build offerings that actually last.
With SomaticFeeling, you’ll develop into a confident, knowledgeable somatic movement instructor who:
-
Teaches classes that students love, and they keep coming back.
-
Has a rich toolbox of practices, materials, and knowledge for designing classes, workshops, courses, and even retreats.
-
Stands out in the wellness field with a clear specialization in somatic, body-based teaching.
-
Creates real change in the lives of your students, and hears it from them again and again.
-
Has new opportunities opening up, because you are known to teach with depth, presence and the ability to create real transformation.
What awaits you inside the training:

-
Access to the SomaticFeeling movement library: every week we’ll explore new practices for different needs and purposes, for example to release tension, feel grounded or express freely
-
Membership portal: practice somatic movement anytime it fits your schedule. A aclass is added every week + you keep the access to all the previous ones
-
How to design classes and workshops with depth: you’ll learn to create sessions were you guide students to explore meaningful themes.
-
Nervous system regulation: understand how to balance the nervous system, strengthen body awareness, and listen to the messages of the body, and how to teach these skills to your students.
-
Deepen your own body connection: guide with more confidence and intuition.
-
Trauma-informed teaching: create safe spaces where your students feel supported to go deeper into their experience. The core values of your teaching will include safety, empathy, and body-based guidance.
-
Practical integration: apply somatic movement in the way that suits your work best:
-
guiding full somatic movement classes,
-
weaving somatic approach into your yoga classes, or
-

-

Even if you are not currently planning teaching SomaticFeeling, you might want to learn just for yourself and get the certificate anyway, in case you will change your mind.
Hey,
my name is Aino.
I live listening to my body first. But it hasn’t always been like that. When I started my somatic movement journey, I was seriously stressed and overwhelmed and knew that something needed to change. As coming from a background of dance and yoga, the body-first approach felt natural to me, so I decided to go all in.
Slowly I started to connect more with my body and find strength from myself. I knew that whatever happens, I will be my own safe space. That I will always be able to find joy & freedom inside myself, get grounded, be guided by my intuition and choose a new path, and by embracing my sensitive self I get to create a life of joy & wonder.
And around this I have created my work. I want to see you thriving, feeling life with all your senses, not numbing or shutting yourself down because you are feeling so much.
You are here to feel it all.

Is SomaticFeeling for me?
You might resonate with this practice if:
-
You feel disconnected from your body. You spend a lot of time in your head and long for a deeper connection to your physical self.
-
You’re holding onto stress or tension. Your body feels heavy, tense, or stuck, and you’re looking for a way to release and reset.
-
You’re a yoga teacher, wellness coach, or movement professional. You want to deepen your understanding of somatic practices and learn tools to support your clients.
-
You crave freedom in how you move and express yourself. You’re tired of rigid structures and want a practice that lets you explore what feels good for you.
-
You’ve experienced chronic stress or emotional overwhelm. You’re ready to gently explore your emotions and create a safe space for healing through movement.
How SomaticFeeling Works
SomaticFeeling is based on a body-first approach. Through intuitive movement and gentle exploration, it helps you reconnect with yourself, understand your nervous system and release tension, so you can find freedom in how you move and feel.
Here’s what to expect:
Tune into your body
Every session begins with practices to strengthen the body-mind connection and bring more awareness into your body (interoception). This might include breathwork, gentle movement, or grounding exercises.
Explore movement
You’ll be guided to explore different SomaticFeeling movements, with the focus on exploring what feels good and letting your body lead. Classes and movements follow different themes.
Release tension and stored emotions
SomaticFeeling supports you in gently releasing stored tension and stuck emotions, leaving you feeling lighter and more connected to your energy.
Integrate through stillness
After movement, time is given for stillness or reflection to allow your body and mind to fully integrate the experience.
Do it your way
Whether you join a workshop, course, or teacher training, SomaticFeeling meets you where you are. Do you have questions if the practice is right for you? Let me know!
